Orders

You may place an order with us by completing and submitting the order form on the Website. Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. You acknowledge that this order confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your order by FCLABEL, and FCLABEL reserves the right to accept or decline any and all orders received from or through the Website at our sole and absolute discretion. Should we exercise this discretion to cancel or reject your order, any payment you have made shall be fully refunded to you via the payment method you used. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. An order is only considered accepted by FCLABEL once the order has been shipped to the delivery address provided by you. You will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped, and upon receipt of this email, a legally binding contract shall form between you and FCLABEL. This contract shall relate only to the products delivered to you. The Electronic Transactions Act 2010, and any amendments thereto, shall apply to all orders made through this Website.

Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any acceptance, invoice or other document on our part shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part.

Prices and Payments

The price payable by you for the product shall be as stated on the Website at the time your order is transmitted to us through the Website. All prices are subject to taxes unless otherwise stated. Despite our best efforts, some products listed on this Website may be incorrectly priced. Prior to accepting your order placement, we will check the prices of your selected products to ensure that the prices being charged are accurate. If we find that the product’s actual price is lower than the stated price on your order date, we will charge the lower amount or refund the difference if payment has already been made. If we find that the product’s actual price is higher than the stated price on your order date, we will contact you with further instructions.

If FCLABEL is unable to contact you, your order may be cancelled and the amount paid by you will be refunded in full via the original payment method you used.

FCLABEL accepts all major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay. Any use of vouchers, gift cards, or promotional codes shall be governed by clause 7 of these Terms. Please complete payment upon placing your order. All unpaid orders will be cancelled after one hour.

Vouchers, Gift Cards, and Promo Codes

You may use vouchers, gift cards, or promotional codes while making payment for your order on this Website.

Gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase, and are strictly non-refundable and non-extensible. Gift cards can be redeemed over multiple transactions until its value has been fully utilised. If the credit of a Gift card is insufficient for the Order you wish to make, you may make up the difference using one of our accepted payment methods. If you place an Order for a Product less than the value of the promotional voucher code, no refund or residual credit will be returned to you.

Promotional codes and vouchers are valid for the specified period stated on the code/ voucher, can only be redeemed once and, unless otherwise stated, may not be used in conjunction with other promotional code/vouchers and discounted items.​​For promotional codes and vouchers stipulated for a specified sum, if you choose to return the product, you will not be refunded the value of the promotional voucher/code However, if you paid partly with your own funds, this portion will be refunded through store credits.

FCLABEL may specify additional terms and conditions in relation to specific promotional code/ vouchers. In such cases, the additional terms and conditions will govern the use and redemption of such promotional code/ voucher, together with these terms. FCLABEL may at its sole discretion discontinue or cancel any promotional code/vouchers previously issued and will not be responsible for any losses arising therefrom.

FCLABEL reserves the right to revoke or limit the use of any promotional code, voucher, or gift card used on this Website, and to restrict access or prohibit you from using this Website if we have reason to believe that the voucher/gift card/promo code was obtained or used fraud
